When do I need to send my premium so there is no lapse in coverage?

The first installment for renewals will be due on the day that your policy renews. Payments should be sent in prior to the due date on the bill. Please see our payment options for credit card payment options and addresses to mail your payment.

My lien holder needs a copy of my policy, what should I do?

We automatically send your lien holder a copy of your policy the first year. If requested, a copy can be emailed to your bank at each renewal.

How do I report a claim?

In the event of a loss, please contact one of our claims service representatives at 800-631-2147 and they will take you through the process.

Is there an extended payment plan?

Most of our policies offer payment plans. Please contact any underwriter for details regarding your policies installment options.

How do I bind coverage if I like MUA’s quote?

Simply fax or email the completed form to bind to the underwriter who provided your quote and we will bind coverage immediately. We will need the hull ID number and the desired deductible. Once coverage is bound, we will send you an application to review, complete and sign. Policy will be issued once the application is received back in our office.
