About the Application Form
MUA requests information on the application form needed to provide an accurate premium quote. A customer must provide demographic information (such as name, address, age, occupation, owner’s experience) and information on the watercraft (such as type of craft, length, engine, etc.) This information is used to determine if the customer and watercraft qualify for coverage.
Log Files
We utilize log files to track IP addresses. This is used to analyze trends, track movements and administer the site. IP addresses are not linked to non-public personal information.
